Movie Poster Design #10: Hobo With A Shotgun
B-Movie madness with tongue firmly planted in cheek. Design to create reaction. Love it or hate it… it works.
“It began as a spoof trailer for Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino’s GRINDHOUSE. Now, it’s a full-fledged feature starring Rutger motherfuckin’ Hauer! There’s been some speculation that Eisener’s film - which depicts an shotgun toting transient’s one-man-war against scumbags of all stripes (including “pedophile santas”) - might premiere as a midnight selection at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival. Just another reason to get credentialed and go - although I can’t help but wonder if if might be ready to screen a month earlier somewhere else. Something to consider.  Behold, the first poster for Jason Eisener’s surely-brilliant HOBO WITH A SHOTGUN!”(via aintitcool.com)

About

The world's smallest mobile film festival... We screen independent film at the Cannes Film Festival straight from the back of our van. Short films, features, festival reels and music videos, nothing is off-limits.

Now in our 6th year and established on the underground Cannes circuit, we're looking forward to our biggest year yet with support from Ford.
